RIDE A TRAC STAR

ITP released the new Trac Star radial tire line for sport-oriented applications. They said the ITP Trac Star tire provides all the benefits of radial tire technology, such as comfortable ride and exceptional traction, with a hard-core sporting personality. The new tire reportedly features a wide set Z-shaped tread for better self-cleaning, natural rubber to improve handling, and a six-ply rating for strength, according to ITP. SIMPLIFY MOUNTING PIAA LIGHTS

Mounting PIAA lights to the handlebars of an ATV may have just become easier with the release of a new bracket designed to fit more ATVs, said PIAA's Gordon Robertson. He said the PIAA ATV Sports Bracket provides a lightweight aluminum mounting for lamps, indicator lights and an ignition switch. “The brackets attach directly to the handlebars so the lamps illuminate in the direction you are steering,” Robertson said. PIAA is reportedly offering four kits that fit seven sport ATVs, including Artic Cat DVX400, Suzuki Quadsport Z400, Kawasaki KFX400, Honda ES and TRX450, and the Yamaha Raptor 660R and 700R.
